This historic 1930’s Renaissance Revival style building sits at the heart of downtown, exhibiting modern style-updates that capture the charm and integrity of the time period. This space is equipped with a full-service bar and additional amenities for all your event needs.

The Annex originally opened as a clothing store, The Bethel Co. in 1903 and has housed many businesses over the years. The original hardwood dance hall located on the second floor has been restored and the space serves to host private events.

Built on this location in 1890, the Hotel St. Cloud is now one of the oldest hotels in the state of Colorado. Current renovations and restorations are under way to bring the hotel rooms, bar, and restaurant back to their traditional glory.

Built in 1883, the historic Apex Building housed one of the first marble top soda fountains. The Apex was named after a local Leadville mine and is the current home to the office suites for FEDC, TechSTART and Fremont Makers. This space hosts collaborators and innovators from all over the region.

Built in 1926, The Abstract building served as a bus stop for many years. When completed, this building will function as the Hotel St. Cloud offices, provide spa services, and the Fremont Experiences recreational hub.
